Asheville Destination Wedding | Chelsea + NateInstead of a traditional wedding, Chelsea and Nate decided to have an elopement of sorts. I say “of sorts” because they did invite 30 of their closest family and friends to elope with them. When Chelsea called me up and told me their plan she also asked me to pick their wedding date around my schedule. I was so honored. So I flew up to Asheville in early March and spent the weekend with Chelsea and Nate’s peeps. It was all kinds of awesome. You’ll see.

They are so adorable! The portraits are stunning, but I love the bakery shot best – cupcakes and laughter are a winning combination.

Fantastic work, Kat! Love how intimate this is, and you’ve captured that essence so well. Love the portraits of them as well, with my favorite probably being the ‘almost kiss’ with the flare right between them. Awesome!
