Rachael & Matt’s wedding took place at the beautiful National Hotel on famous Collins Avenue in South Beach and it could not have been a more perfect day. The South Florida heat was non-existent, the wind died down and the skies were perfectly clear throughout the day. Set in the heart of the Art Deco Historical District, the National Hotel Miami Beach was the perfect backdrop for Rachael and Matt’s ultra-stylish wedding. The black and white color palette, with small touches of pink, Rachael’s stunning dress and simple flower-adorned hair was a modern take on the 1930′s. And they designed everything themselves! From their own design for all of the stationary pieces, to the custom photos they took for their table cards, every detail added just the right touch. Thanks for the information Rachael. So the largest group will be the wedding party (12 with you and Matt) right? Also, can you choose someone to organize the rest of the family members for the formals and have them down by the pool at around 6:15? We’ll be done with all the you and matt and bridal party shots. Hopefull the family stuff shoudn’t take more then 30 minutes.

One more thing . . . mostly because it’s raining right now. See if you can get everyone in the bridal party (or at least one per couple) to bring an umbrella. It’s one of those things, if we have them we won’t need them, but if for some reason it is drizzling during our pre-ceremony shots, if we have 6 umbrellas, we can still do some really cool outdoor shots with them.
