Is this girl beautiful or what? And lucky me, I get to photograph her twice more when we do her engagement photos and I shoot her wedding to Sean (he’s not bad either ). She’s a real estate broker on Palm Beach and wanted some new headshots for her business cards and promotional materials. These were taken early morning, which is my absolute favorite time to shoot. Isn’t the light beautiful? I shot these with the Canon 85 1.2L and wow, am I in love with this lens!

A cool garden, Worth Avenue and the beach. Throw in some skateboarding and you’ve got one happy photographer. Jacqueline and Sean said they didn’t photograph well. Do you believe them? I sure don’t. The engagement session was so much fun and they were so easy on my camera. Doesn’t get much better Their wedding is June 12 – can’t wait!

I’m not sure why I didn’t include this one in the original blog post from this shoot, but it’s one of my favorites. I always give shoots a second look a few months later. I think it allows me to look at the shots with a more objective eye.

SoFly Photography Meetup | Palm Beach Photographer

I’m a member of this really cool group of female South Florida photographers called SoFly. We get together once a month to shoot and this past week was actually our first meetup! I created a slideshow of some of the images we createed. The show was created using David Jay’s ShowIt Web. Ladies, I had a blast and it was so interesting watching everyone’s different approach to posing and shooting. I learned so much from all of you and can’t wait to do it again. I gotta do better splitting my time between all the couples next time. Somehow I only ended up with a couple of shots of Rebekah & Mike, which I am really mad at myself about. All of your images are fabulous and I’m jealous I don’t have more shots of them for my portfolio. Also, I’m working on a line for a junkyard for a future meetup since I know we were all excited by that idea. I’ll keep you all posted on that.

I also want to thank our models: Adam & Diana, DC & Vanessa and Rebekah & Mike. All of you looked great and were so comfortable in front of the camera, it made it almost effortless to get great shots of you. I want to offer each of you an 8×10 of your favorite shot of mine. SoFly ladies, feel free to comment if you would like to do the same.

Babette & Belisi take on Worth Avenue

Early yesterday morning, the gorgeous Babette Brown and I headed to Palm Beach and the famous Worth Avenue for our 3rd session together. We took along some fabulous Belisi handbags. I think the location suits Babette and Belisi perfectly. These brand new bags from up and coming designer Peter Belisi are the must-have luxury handbags this season.

This is definitely my favorite session with Babette so far and I can’t wait to do it again. Here’s a few teasers. I’ll definitely be posting more later this week. Thanks Babette for being amazing! My camera loves you
